I first saw the work of William Bouguereau at the San Diego Museum of Art in Balboa Park. It was The Shepherdess. I thought it was the most beautiful piece of artwork I have ever seen. I am currently
redecorating my apartment and needed a complete change from the Monet prints on the wall. I purposely made my color scheme to go with this painting. I have been looking for pieces to complement this print and by chance I stumbled onto your website. I enjoyed the article on Bouguereau. But I most enjoyed seeing his paintings.
